💫Energetic showers are great to clean yourself from negative energies.

❤️I'm sharing with you what my dear friend Francine taught me in 2025.

❓️How to do it?

✅️Beginner way :

Take a real shower and Think or Visualize under the shower that the water running down on your skin is a white light or whatever color you want, washing off your subtles bodies from all the dirt and negative energies that are attached or in you.

✅️Intermediate way :

However your intuition tells you to do. Adjust to your likings anything that you read here. Always follow your intuition and create your inner world.

✅️Expert way :

Think or Visualize anchoring yourself into Mother Earth through growing roots under your feet to the core center of Mother Earth then Think or Visualize being energized under Universe's energies.

Then Think or Visualize a Colored ( color of your choice) light or Colored ( i prefer rainbow jelly) jelly coming down from Universe going through all your subtle bodies from head to toes and chakras washing/cleaning/purifying/destroying any negative energies that are attached or in you.

Let all negatives energies be transmuted into positive energies and sent back to Mother Earth.

Let all negatives energies be transmuted into positive energies and sent back to Mother Earth.

🌈How many layers of protection bubble do you use?

🟣A protection bubble allows you to avoid being exposed to and affected by other people’s energy fluctuations, by helping you take back control over your own emotions.If you are an empathetic, highly sensitive person.

If you are an emotional sponge.
If you feel drained at the end of the day before you have even gotten home.
If you are the friend or colleague people confide in for hours, and afterwards that friend or colleague leaves feeling great while you have no energy left to do anything.

✅️YES, you need a protection bubble.

❓️Question:
How do you do it?

✅️Answer:

You call out loud:

1️⃣“I call on Mother Nature, the Universe, my good, uncorrupted spiritual guides to come help me put my protection bubbles in place.”

2️⃣First, you think of a pretty colored bubble of your choice around you.
( It s ok to not visualize, just ThINk, it is enough)

Then you add as many layers as necessary, with whatever colors you want, they can all be different forms and colors.

3️⃣Three layers is great to start with.

Next, you say in your head, or out loud, or whisper (all are OK):

4️⃣“My protection bubbles are as strong as the universe, I am invincible. And everything inside my bubble that does not serve me in my highest positive interest is pushed out of my bubble and cannot return.
And everything that does not serve my own well-being cannot enter my bubble and goes back to where it came from.”

5️⃣Finally (my favorite part), you think about filling your bubble with all the colors and emotions you love to feel, such as love, serenity, freedom, self-confidence like Wonder Woman, Batman, etc.

This is the moment of personalization unique to each person.

6️⃣Protective bubble to be used without moderation and at will: morning, noon, evening, on days with work meetings, before a job interview, before and after a family dinner whenever you need it.
